NorCal: World AIDS Day AIDS/LifeCycle Reception The Castro Theatre
Join the AIDS/LifeCycle community for a special World AIDS Day reception at
the Castro Theatre as we gather to reflect on the global significance of The Ride--in
remembrance of those we have lost and to remind ourselves of the work we still
have left in the battle against HIV/AIDS. We will have an exclusive screening of a short documentary titled Why We Ride: The Story of AIDS/LifeCycle, which is currently being shown at film festivals across the country. Light hors d'oeuvres and
beverages will be served.
Your RSVP to this reception includes a free ticket to the World
AIDS Day screening of the acclaimed HIV/AIDS documentary,How to
Survive a Plague, immediately following the reception. This special screening is presented by San Francisco AIDS Foundation and Paint the Castro Red. You will receive your ticket to this 6PM screening at the AIDS/LifeCycle reception.
