AIDS/LifeCycle 2013 is right around the corner! In exactly 4 weeks we’ll be gathering
together at the Cow Palace for Orientation Day, on Saturday,
June 1st. To help you manage all the last minute particulars, check
out this list of important details and dates coming up before the big ride.
All Cyclists are required to have a minimum of $3,000 in
their fundraising account by Orientation Day, Saturday, June 1, 2013 in
order to ride in AIDS/LifeCycle. There are no exceptions to this rule.
You can view your current fundraising total in your Participant Center. For
more info about donation deadlines and what to do if you are unable to meet
this requirement, click here.
E-Ticket: Your E-Ticket is now live in your Participant
Center. It reflects your fundraising total, including any incentives you have
earned, your tent assignment status, meal preference, and whether or not you
have completed your medical form. Please check to see that the information is
accurate. If anything is incorrect, please contact your Cyclist Representative.
You must bring a printed copy of your E-Ticket to
Orientation Day, June 1st. We
recommend printing your E-Ticket as close to Orientation Day as possible so
that it contains the most up to date information.
Medical Form: Every participant must complete a medical form.
A link for the medical form can be found in your Participant Center. The
deadline for submitting the online form
is Friday, May 17th. If you have not completed the
form by this date, you will need to visit the medical area on Orientation Day
to complete the form in person.
Tent Assignment: The deadline for completing online tent assignment is Friday,
May 17th. If you have a minimum of $2,000 in your
fundraising account, you may complete tent assignment online and skip this step
on Orientation Day!
Offline Donation Deadline: Check or cash donations must
be postmarked by Friday, May 17th in order to be
processed and counted toward your Orientation Day fundraising total. If
you receive offline (cash or check) donations after this date, please do not
mail them in. Bring them with you to Orientation Day and visit the Donor
Services table to have them applied to your fundraising total.
