Goal: $3,000.00
Achieved: $3,345.00

In 2006 my friend thought it would be fun to run a half marathon.  Down to do anything I agreed.  Almost 6 years I have gone on to do over 50 events - from 5ks to marathons, sprint triathlons to a half ironman, metric centuries to centuries.

In 2012 I will be turning 30 and wanted to do something "big" to celebrate this milestone in my life.  My riding partner did ALC10 and could not sing its praises enough.  From the physical challenge itself, to the sense of community along the route to the wonderful cause it supports, she said it was an experience of a lifetime.  I knew this was exactly what I was looking for.

From June 3-9, 2012, I'm bicycling in AIDS/LifeCycle. It's a 7-day, 545-mile bike ride from San Francisco to Los Angeles to make a world of difference in the lives of people living with HIV and AIDS.  I have dedicated myself to the training and the fundraising.  Not only will I get the chance to challenge myself mentally and physically in ways I never have before, I will have the opportunity to help raise awareness and help others affected with HIV/AIDS.

No donation is too small and I am grateful for any support you can give.  Together we can make AIDS and HIV are a thing of the past.

Thank you for your support,
