I'm Riding to End AIDS

From June 6-12, 2010, I'm bicycling in AIDS/LifeCycle. It's a 7-day, 545-mile bike ride from San Francisco to Los Angeles to make a world of difference in the lives of people living with HIV and AIDS.

Help me support the San Francisco AIDS Foundation by giving what you can. We'll keep riding until AIDS and HIV are a thing of the past.

It's a huge goal that I have set for myself, but I know that with your help, I can accomplish it. And here I thought that California's Death Ride was a challenge! This ride, however, is going to help those who have to fight for their lives, not just fight up a hill. It's easy to say that getting on a bike for 7 days and ride 545 miles in that week is hard, but just think of those who have been fighting with HIV/AIDS. Now THAT'S a battle. This ride is a few months away, but it's still nerve-wracking... however, not as nerve-wracking as having to fight for your life!

I want to help. I have several close friends and family that are fighting with HIV/AIDS, and I want to do anything that I can. And what's better than getting on my bike and ride to help?!

I know times are tough right now, but if you can, anything helps. Please, help me help to end AIDS!
