Team FWB (Friends With...Bikes)

Team FWB is back and bigger than ever!

In 2015 Team FWB formed with 8 riders.  This year we're more than double in size at 17 riders!  A lot of people don't hear much about HIV/AIDS these days.  Millions of people across the country rely on the education, prevention, testing, treatment and counseling places like the SF AIDS Foundation have to offer.

There is still no cure for HIV.  For those who do have HIV, access to consistent medication is key to long-term health and survival.  New vaccines and a cure are constantly being researched and tested but we are not there yet.  Daily HIV medications can cost over $1,000 for a one month supply.  For those who are HIV negative, education, condoms, PReP (read up on this if you're not familiar) and testing are vital to keep themselves protected.  No matter which category you fall into, the millions of dollars we raise every year goes right back into our community.  Check here to see just how much we can do with your donations: http://www.aidslifecycle.org/beneficiaries/sfaf-your-donations-at-work.html

This year we want to try to double our first year by raising at least $75,000, and we can't do it without your help!  So please support your friendly neighborhood FWB by donating to one of us by clicking below.  Whole team donations are also possible by sending a check.  Contact me if you'd like to do a group donation.  Vincent Mazza / vmazza82@gmail.com

We will also be in SF and the Northbay with many fun and exciting fundraisers, so if you'd like to attend or help, please let us know and we'll keep you informed!
