I'm Riding to End AIDS
From June 5-11, 2016, I'm bicycling in AIDS/LifeCycle. It's a 7-day, 545-mile bike ride from San Francisco to Los Angeles to make a world of difference in the lives of people living with HIV and AIDS. This will be my second year doing the ride, and I am very excited to do it again.
Thanks to a lot of amazing people, last year's participants raised a record breaking $14.4 Million Dollars in 2013 to support the amazing work that the San Francisco AIDS Foundation and the L.A. Gay & Lesbian Center do for thousands of people.
Help me support AIDS/LifeCycle in 2015 by giving what you can. We'll keep riding until AIDS and HIV are a thing of the past.
Remember that donations are tax deductible, and that you can take advantage of the monthly payment option! This allows you to spread your donation over up to 10 months. This easily turns a $100 donation into 10 easy $10 payments. Put your Starbucks money towards good use, and in return, I will send you delicious baked goods.
Spread the word, and ask your employer about gift matching programs!
This year I am setting my goal at $15,000! I like to challenge myself to do more and change things up, so this year I have enlisted TiVo and Boris to help us with the perks.
- All donations automatically get you on the e-mail list to receive updates from me. You will get a daily message with a summary of the day's adventures. It's a great way to participate in this event from wherever you are.
- Any gift of $50+ will get you an exclusive Pug Themed Thank You Card. If you've seen our Holiday Cards, then you know it will be good! :)
- Gifts of $100+ will be getting a batch of a new and improved treat. Brandon and I will be coming up with a different recipe for 2016 and if you've liked our Salted Brown Butter Rice Krispy Treats and the 2015 version, you will love the new ones!
Thank you so much for helping us help others! Each and every one of you rides with me on this adventure, and you keep me motivated along the way.
