I'm Riding to End AIDS
From June 4 - June 10 2017 I'm bicycling in AIDS/LifeCycle. It's a 7-day, 545-mile bike ride from San Francisco to Los Angeles to make a world of difference in the lives of people living with HIV and AIDS.
I've lost an Uncle and friends to AIDS. I have friends who are currently HIV positive. Instead of sitting around and doing nothing, I've decided to do something to not only show my support, but also to help bring awareness and find a cure. Also, my participation is intended to eliminate the negative stigma around HIV/Aids - which could be one the leading reasons for people not getting tested and treated.
Together with your financial support, my strong legs, and cycling skills we will help find a cure. There will be a day where AIDS/HIV has lost its death grip on this planet. You and I will see to that by working together. Thank you for your commitment to make a difference in the lives of people.
See you on the ride!
PS: Stay in touch with me on the ride on my as I will post a lot of pictures
