Thank you for Joining me in this cause!
On June 2nd, I’m going to begin my first AIDS/LifeCycle ride! It’s a 545 mile bike ride from San Francisco to Los Angeles to raise funds for life-saving services. The Los Angeles LGBT center and the San Francisco AIDS foundation use these funds to help reduce new HIV infections and to improve the quality of life of people living with HIV/AIDS.
I’ve been wanting to participate in this life changing event for a few years now, but the fear of not being able to complete the 545 mile ride and not meeting my fundraising goal has kept me from it. With encouragement from my friends and my girlfriend Naomi, I am finally ready to take on this personal challenge! I’m excited to make a difference for people who need help, to participate in a cause that is greater than myself, and to train for long-distance cycling. I hope that by participating, I spread awareness that every day, people all over the world are affected by this devastating infection and these funds can help to provide hope and improve their quality of life.
Here is where you come in: As a participant we must raise a minimum of $3000 and I need help to reach this goal. Your donation is tax-deductible and I promise no donation is too low!
Please know that your support means so much to me and to those who will receive the life-saving services!
Thank you for your help!
