Cycling 545 miles is painful -- but I'm doing it with purpose. Even though I am not HIV positive, I am affected by this disease. I can share my personal story with you, but it's hard for me to post here. Like me, you may have friends or family living with HIV, whether you know it or not, and thousands of individuals from all walks of life benefit from the San Francisco AIDS Foundation's programs and services, locally and globally. They make a world of difference in the lives of people infected with or at risk of contracting HIV -- with services that include prevention, testing, and treatment. Last year my family and friends raised over $10,000 for the foundation to support direct services, research, and advocacy for people who need it most. It was one of the best things I've ever done for myself and others. This year, I hope you will join me by supporting both my participation in the 2019 ALC and the amazing work of the foundation -- to do so, click on the button that says "Donate Now". Your donation will help towards the commitment I have made as a participant of the 7-day long 545-mile ride, to personally raise $5,000 to support the San Francisco AIDS Foundation in its mission to prevent new HIV infections and promote the health of all people.
No donation is too small, BUT you will have the option to split up your contribution over as many as 10 months! -- so please consider giving generously!
With love and gratitude,
