After losing my lifecycle virginity last year, I knew I was ready to hop right back on that bike for ALC 2019. If you're not familar with Aids Lifecycle, it is a group of 3,000 cyclists that ride from San Fransico to Los Angeles in efforts to fundraise for the life-saving services offered by San Francisco AIDS Foundation and the Los Angeles LGBT Center. These miles are a challenge (never has my grundle been so wrecked) and celebration (gays know how to party) of the dollars we raise. Here's some reasons why I've decided to ride again.
- I'm riding to show my respect for all those within the LGBTQ+ community, those who have paved a way to enable me to live my life freely and comfortably
- I'm riding again to break down any stigmas associated with HIV.
- I'm riding again to be a catalyst, to bring more awareness to HIV and to provide the necessary care and needs to anyone in need.
My Personal Web Log
It's My Birthday- Empty Your Pockets.
That's right! I'm not usually one to boast about my birthday, but I figure why not use this to my advantage. I'm living my best Sag life December 5th and all I really want is for you to donate to my ride. I'm making my goal for the Day $1205 for all those December babies and selfishly me.
Donate what you'd like. Open up your heart and your wallet and help me reach my end goal. Maybe even consider donating $120 to make it extra real.
