Thanks for joining me on this journey... FOR A SECOND TIME!
In July 2017, I lost my best friend in the most tragic and mundane accidents. Her name is Tansy Stowell and her passing has motivated me to contine to strive for the highest forms of fulfillment in myself and more importantly in helping others achieve their own personal fulfillment. Service to others has always been in my nature and I am excited to be a part of ALC 2019!
Last year I was able to raise a surprising amount of money for AIDS/Lifecycle 2018. My ride last year was backed by amazing and inspiring people all across the world. We were able to raise over $13,000 towards my ride (and I'm looking to SMASH that number this year!). Collectively, we made over $16 Million in 2018. I am so impressed with everyone involved in ALC and I am so proud to be a part of the 'love bubble'.
Please help join me in the effort to end AIDS forever! Any and all donation are welcome and important - every little bit counts and every single donation makes me grateful to be a part of this amazing journey. Let's end AIDS. Together.
June 2nd - June 8th I will ride my bike 545 miles from San Francisco to Los Angeles to support the life-saving services offered by San Francisco AIDS Foundation and the Los Angeles LGBT Center, in the fight to end HIV/AIDS.
Preparing for this journey will require countless hours of training and preparation. I've committed my time to make sure that I'm ready, but I still need to raise a minimum of $3,000 to ride. For that, I'm asking you to support me by donating as generously as you possibly can. To the people who rely on these services to survive, every dollar counts. And every dollar brings me closer to being able to participate in this once-in-a-lifetime experience.
Thank you for making this event possible for me and for being the support that I need to cross the finish line on June 8th. Let's make a difference together!
With love and gratitude,
Derek Blair Cooper Saez
