We are an AIDS/LifeCycle team of both riders and roadies.
We honor the memory of 13 time rider and roadie, Edna Flores-Lagunte, 2014 ALC cyclist #1371. She passed away of a cardiac event while participating in AIDS/LifeCycle, the event and cause that meant everything to her.
We have been open to all who hold Edna close to their hearts and are willing to spread laughter and love to others as she did. We continue the battle she dedicated her life to, the fight against HIV/AIDS. We support and encourage each other as well as all members of the ALC family.
"It's not just seven ordinary days. It's really and truly extraordinary seven days that have been a part of my life in the last 13 years. What started out as something to do and challenge myself and help those affected by the AIDS pandemic has truly become my all time favorite week of the year. In that seven days, I am surrounded by people who show courage and care for each other, building a community that cannot be captured in words or photos." - Edna Flores-Lagunte, Cyclist #1371
