Running in my Skivvies & Stiletos for a Great Cause

On Sunday, December 11th I’m going to "run" the Santa Skivvies Run to help raise funds for the San Francisco AIDS Foundation. I'll be baring almost all for a fun run through the chilly streets of San Francisco.

If I raise $1000 I'll do the 1 mile course in rhinestone stilletos and will post pics along the entire way.

One of the programs that will benefit from money raised is Magnet/STRUT where I've been a volunteer HIV counselor for almost 2 years. Volunteering to educate people about HIV/STIs, tell people their results and supporting people to get tested has been one of the most fulfilling and inspiring volunteer jobs I've ever done.

Your contribution also supports the Foundations other programs and its mission to prevent new HIV infections and promote the health of people living with HIV/AIDS. Thousands of individuals benefit from the programs and services of the San Francisco AIDS Foundation, locally and globally.

Thank you for your support! It’s easy to contribute by clicking on “click here to support me”. If you prefer to write a check, you can download the donation form or just contact me and I’ll provide you with the form.

This is going to be a fun and fabulous event for a cause that affects us all. So, if you’re up for the challenge, join me by registering to run with our team: STRUT Festivus For the Rest of Us
