Thank you for joining me in this cause!
June 4th - June 10th 2017 I am, once again, participating in AIDS/LifeCycle, a 545-mile bike ride from San Francisco to Los Angeles to support the life-saving services offered by San Francisco AIDS Foundation and the Los Angeles LGBT Center.
I feel incredibly privileged to have been able to ride and support this cause 8 times so far and I look forward to #9. I am thankful for all past donors, big and small and hope that you will once again support this cause this year.
The fundraising from this ride is the largest private source of income for the San Francisco AIDS Foundation and the L.A. LGBT Center. Two organizations that welcome and care for tens of thousands of Californians from all backgrounds, ages, ethnicities, gay or straight, HIV positive or negative. The money raised will save and improve countless lives, providing medication, education, mental health services, housing for homeless youth, prevention messages, testing capacities, needle exchanges and many other programs designed to reduce the spread of HIV and to help and support those that are living with HIV/AIDS.
You can make a one-off donation or you can donate on a payment plan for as little as $10 / month. However you chose to donate, I and more importantly the clients of the SF AIDS Foundation and of the LA LGBT Center are grateful for your support.
PS: If your company has a matching donation program, please specify "Los Angeles LGBT Center" as the recipient and if there is a section for notes please put "ALC2017, Rider 1060, T.Huebner" in there.
AIDS/LifeCycle is a not-for-profit entity registered with the U.S. Department of the Treasury (The Federal EIN for the L.A. Gay & Lesbian Center (LAGLC) is 95-3567895.) and all monetary donations made are tax deductible.
