Thank you for joining me in this cause!
Hello dearest friends and associates and people who clicked on this page! In June 2017, for the second time, I will be joining over 3,000 Cyclists, Roadies and Virtual Cyclists to participate in AIDS/LifeCycle, a 545-mile bike ride from San Francisco to Los Angeles to raise funds for the life-saving services offered by San Francisco AIDS Foundation and the Los Angeles LGBT Center.
My first ride in 2015, with the mighty but mini Team Whoops, was a deeply intense, incredible and personal experience. It was a journey that began months before when I bought my first road bike and began training (including roadside flat fixing and learning how to not fall at traffic lights when feet are clipped into the pedals). It was wonderful to be part of a community and event that makes an enormous impact on so many lives, and does it in style.
Not only was the journey down the coast with thousands of other cyclists a memorable one, you helped me raise almost $8000 to fight AIDS/HIV, far more than I ever expected! I was so honored to have your support and proud to ride in your honor. The services provided as a result of this event mean the world to those who receive them, and your support means the world to me.
We’re working together to make HIV/AIDS a thing of the past. Will you support me by making a donation today?
