Because of your kind generosity, I have raised about $28,000 over six years. Together we helped hundreds of needy and at-risk clients recieve HIV and substance abuse counseling, mental health services, HIV and other STD screening, treatment, and counseling, and even direct services such as housing, medication, and disability.
I'm Riding to End AIDS and in memory of my best friends Steven M. Williams and his longtime partner Kevin J. Clarke. These two talented men will live in my heart forever. Steven was the organist and choirmaster at Plymouth Congregational Church, Seattle, Washington and was my client for over 10 years. I watched both Steven and Kevin slowly waste away with AIDS and nursed Steven in some of his very trying last days. Please help us conquer this disease. A memorial was held for both Steven and Kevin at St. Mark's Cathedral, Seattle, Washington on March 25, 2006.
From June 3 to June 9, 2018, I'm bicycling in AIDS/LifeCycle. It's a 7-day, 545-mile bike ride from San Francisco to Los Angeles to make a world of difference in the lives of people living with HIV and AIDS. I have joined team "New Bear Republic" and I return for my seventh ride.
Help me support AIDS/LifeCycle by giving what you can. We'll keep riding until AIDS and HIV are health issues of the past.
