Yep, I'm back for more.
From June 5th to June 11th, 2016, I'm bicycling in AIDS/LifeCycle. It's a 7-day 545-mile bike ride from San Francisco to Los Angeles to make a world of difference in the lives of people living with HIV and AIDS.
AIDS/LifeCycle 2016 will be my fourth year on the ride — the combination of touring California under my own power and raising lots of money to help put an end to this epidemic is too addictive to quit!
I'm also volunteering as a Training Ride Leader for ALC. Every week, I get up bright and early to help other riders learn group riding skills, proper nutrition, and everything else they need to be comfortable and prepared for the ride. It's really, really rewarding to see them pushing themselves to ride farther than they ever thought they could!
Help me support AIDS/LifeCycle by giving what you can. We'll keep riding until AIDS and HIV are a thing of the past.
