Thank you for joining me in this cause!
June 4th - June 10th, over 3,000 Cyclists, Roadies and Virtual Cyclists will be participating in AIDS/LifeCycle, a 545-mile bike ride from San Francisco to Los Angeles to raise funds for the life-saving services offered by San Francisco AIDS Foundation and the Los Angeles LGBT Center. This year, I’ll be one of them!
The services provided as a result of this event mean the world to those who receive them, and your support means the world to me.
We’re working together to make HIV/AIDS a thing of the past. Will you support me by making a donation today?

Seven Days of Sweat!
As a fair weather Minnesotan, I know that outdoor riding has a shelf life. As an indoor cyclist, I also know the tremendous impact spinning had on my preparation for the 300 miles of the 2016 Red Ribbon Ride. While no spin class will adequately prepare me for the elevation and hills of CA, I'm taking the Seven Days of Sweat Challenge with my fellow ALC Riders to:
* Prove my commitment to the Ride and to the Cause
* To kick-start my Fundraising (please do so above, and THANKS!)
* Engage others in my story of Why I Ride
* To foster Ride community and begin my journey for ALC 2017!
Starting Monday, November 28, here's where I'll be sweating:
MON 11/28 Lifetime Fitness with JR
TUES 11/29 Cyclebar Uptown with Robert
WED 11/30 Lifetime Fitness with JR
THUR 12/1 Lifetime Fitness with Andy (**WORLD AIDS DAY**)
FRI 12/2 TBD
SAT 12/3 Lifetime Fitness with Andy (followed by Hip-Hop)
SUN 12/4 Cyclebar Uptown with Jean (75-min endurance ride!!)
And then I'll be sleeping the rest of the week! haha
Thanks to my wonderful instructors and to all of YOU who may make donations during this week. In keeping with Turkey Day, I am thankful for ALL of you!
